Instruction to obtain the ENS multi function card which will enable you to
access the whole or a part of the buildings of the School.
Creation
Badges are attributed by the « Service logistique » located in the main building at 45 rue d’Ulm (stairwell D, ground floor, contact : carte@ens.fr).They are open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.Contact : cartes@ens.fr
The masteriens ( i.e non normalien students) must complete the form entitled « hébergé » which is available at the following address :
https://toucan.ens.fr/formulaire
Click on "obtain un identifiant - obtain a login"
you will receive by email your login and password, then go again at this adresse :https://toucan.ens.fr/formulaire, and enter your login and password.
On the status section, you must imperatively specify "M2 cohabilité"
You must then attach your documents requested based on your situation i.e enrollement certificate for the M2.
Students registered at ENS for the master degree are not concerned by these insctructions. You will obtain this card during your registration process.
For renewal your card, please go to the Logistics Service (at 45, rue
d’Ulm- RDC)
