Stage de master recherche : optimisation de procédés de fabrication nanométrique (H/F)
L’entreprise :
La société CAILabs est une startup fondée en 2013 qui commercialise des solutions innovantes fondées sur sa technologie de mise en forme spatiale de la lumière. CAILabs commercialise des produits principalement à destination des télécommunications optiques et des procédés laser pour l’industrie. L’entreprise emploie aujourd’hui une vingtaine de personnes (dont 7 docteurs), toutes basées à Rennes.
Description du stage :
Nous proposons un stage de recherche portant sur l’analyse de procédés nanométrique. En utilisant des outils de fabrication de composants à échelle nanométrique et de métrologie à l’état de l’art, vous serez amené(e) à :
 Etablir des protocoles de tests
 Produire des échantillons étalons
 Réaliser la métrologie optique de ces échantillons
 Développer des modèles physiques (théoriques et numériques en Python) de réponse de système complexes.
 Proposer des optimisations de processus industriels innovants
Le projet contiendra une part d’expérimental mais sera centré sur la simulation numérique du process.
Durée minimale : 5 mois
Date de démarrage : fin 2016 – début 2017
Encadrement : ingénieur/docteur en physique
