Here are some suggestions of the courses you could take based on your interest. These are merely suggestions for those who do not know which courses to consider, or a starting point to building your course list, which should reflect your own personal interests. They should be treated as such. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact the coordinators.

Mandatory lecture for every student :
Advanced statistical physics

Soft Matter :

1st Semester
Interfaces and morphogenesis.
Soft Matter Physics.
Computational and data-driven physics.

Choice between :
Experimental coloration : Advanced Methods in Biological Physics and Soft Matter
Theoretical coloration : Physics of fluids and nonlinear physics or Advanced Statistical Physics and New Applications or Advanced Methods in Biological Physics and Soft Matter or Statistical field theory and applications

2nd semester :
Soft or Slender : mechanics of Nature-inspired, highly deformable bodies
Soft Applications
Active Matter and Collective Behaviour
A suggestion : Physics of development

Biophysics :

1st semester

Interfaces and morphogenesis.
Advanced Biophysics.

If your interest is biomechanics, cellular or tissue mechanics we strongly encourage you to take the Soft Matter Course.

2nd semester :
Active matter and collective behaviour
Ecology, evolution and epidemiology
Physics of development
Circuits and network dynamics in synthetic biology and neuroscience

+ continue Advanced Statistical Physics and New Applications if taken in 1st semester
