The LabEx ENS-ICFP appoints Junior Research Chair holders (JRC) on a yearly basis.
The two-year postdoctoral position includes a competitive salary and a comfortable funding for travelling and publications.
JRC is appointed directly at department level, for a more complete integration into the department : the positions include a mentorship program and teaching participation.
Regarding 2024 appointment, we will appoint two JRC through an internal call to the Physics department team leaders.
The candidates shall :
Currently be abroad, either for their PhD or a first postdoctoral position,
Not have obtained their PhD at ENS.
Recruitment schedule
Closing date for the team leaders : October 31, 2023.
Interview of shortlisted candidates via videoconference in November 2023.
Results for the two positions in December 2023.

The team leaders shall transmit only one application per team, to the LabEx ENS-ICFP Executive Committee, including the following documents :
Resume with a list of publications (maximum two A4 pages),
Research statement and description of future interactions (maximum two A4 pages)
Two letters of recommendation from senior scientists (outside ENS)
